How to try it
- Export a sample of 50 real SMS replies and label what each one means (wants a time, has a question, not ready, stop).
- In Zapier (or Make/n8n), trigger on every inbound SMS and send the text to an AI step with your labels and a strict JSON output format.
- If the intent is 'wants a time', look up free slots in your calendar and reply with two concrete options; book when the lead confirms.
- Route anything unclear or angry to a human queue, and log every AI reply to a sheet you review weekly.
- Add a slower nurture path for 'not ready' leads instead of marking them cold.
